After cleaning, apply rust preventive oil or rust preventive grease to the needle roller bearings immediately.
2, inspection and judgment
In order to judge whether the dismantled INA bearings can be used again, the size accuracy, the rotation accuracy, the internal clearance, the matching surface, the raceway surface, the cage and the sealing ring should be emphasized.
The inspection results can be judged by the use of inertial bearings or proficient bearings.
The criteria for judgement vary according to mechanical performance and importance and inspection cycle. If the following damage occurs, needle roller bearings must not be reused and must be replaced.
