The outer ring of the roller bearing is filled with cylindrical roller bearing with thick outer ring wall. The outer surface of the roller has cylindrical and arc shape. Composition of combined roller bearing.
1) main roller

2) side roller

3) axle head
The axle head is a part of the compound roller and machine equipment. The head of the shaft is usually designed as a chamfering angle, which is convenient to install. It can directly weld the shaft head on the equipment. It can also weld the axle head on the connecting plate with a circular hole and then assemble the connecting plate and equipment.
4) cover plate
The effect of the cover plate is an important part of the main roller, which is mounted inside the axle head, and the main roller outside the axle head with nuts and thread glue on the rear end of the axle.
Installation method:
1) the bearing is washed with kerosene and pressed into the bearing seat. Fill the roller of the bearing outer ring with Shell No. three lithium grease to 2/3 full, use the net hand to apply evenly, install the bearing cap of the NTN bearing, and press the bearing cap with the fastening bolt with the bolts.
2) bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing which can be separated from inside and outside sleeves.
3) install the bearing housing on the chassis, if grease injection holes must be aligned. Tighten the fastening bearing with the bolt to prevent loosening.
4) the inner and outer eccentric blocks are mounted on the rotating shaft and are in place. The axle key should load the shaft key into the keyway and then install the outer eccentric block, and install the shaft on the rotary shaft with the retaining ring.
5) fasten the eccentric fastening bolt, rotate the adjustable eccentric block, make it reach the angle position before unloading and tighten the fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial movement.
6) shield on both ends of the vibrating motor is fastened with screws.
