The joint bearing is a kind of spherical sliding bearing. Its sliding contact surface is an inner sphere and an outer sphere. It can rotate and swing at any angle in motion. It is made of a variety of special processing methods, such as surface phosphating, frying, padding, spraying and so on. The joint bearing has the characteristics of large load capacity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, self aligning and lubrication.
 
The joint bearing can bear a large load. According to its different type and structure, it can bear the combined load of radial load, axial load or radial and axial coexistence. Since the composite material is embedded on the outer spherical surface of the inner ring, the bearing can produce self lubrication in operation. It is generally used for low speed swinging motion and low speed rotation. It can also be tilted in a certain angle range. When the abutment axis and the axle housing hole are not concentric, they can still work normally. Self lubricating joint bearings are used in water conservancy, professional machinery and other industries.
 
Joint bearings are widely used in engineering hydraulic cylinders, forging machine tools, construction machinery, automation equipment, automotive shock absorber, water conservancy machinery and other industries. Spherical plain bearings are spherical bearings. The basic type consists of inner and outer rings with spherical sliding spherical contact surfaces. According to its structure and type, it can bear radial load, axial load, or radial load.
 
Because the spherical sliding contact area of the joint bearing is large and the inclined angle is large, but also because most joint bearings have taken special processing methods, such as surface phosphating, galvanizing, chromium plating or outer sliding surface lining, padding, spraying and so on, so it has great load capacity and impact resistance, and has corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Radial spherical plain bearing
 
(1) GE... E type: single outer ring, no lubricating oil tank. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(2) GE... ES type: single seam outer ring with lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(3) GE... ES-2RS, GEEW... Type ES-2RS: single seam outer ring, lubricating oil groove, two sides with sealing ring. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(4) GE... ESN type: single seam outer ring, GE... Type XSN: double slit outer ring (split outer ring), lubricating oil groove, outer ring with stop groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction. However, the axial load is reduced when the bearing is subjected to axial load.
 
(5) GE... Type HS: inner ring has lubricant groove, double outer ring, after wearing, the clearance can be adjusted. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(6) GE... Type DE1: inner ring is hardened bearing steel and outer ring is bearing steel. When the inner ring is assembled, it is extruded and has lubricating oil groove and oil hole. Bearings with inner diameter less than 15mm have no lubricating oil groove and oil hole. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(7) GE... Type DEM1: inner ring is hardened bearing steel and outer ring is bearing steel. When the inner ring is assembled and extruded, the bearing is loaded into the bearing seat, and the end groove is pressed on the outer ring to make the bearing axial fixed. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
 
(8) GE... Type DS: the outer ring has assembly grooves and lubricating grooves. It is limited to large size bearings. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.
