The inner race and raceway of the two raceway bearings of the NSK aligning ball bearing are the bearings with drum rollers between the outer rings of the spherical surface. The curvature center of the raceway surface of the outer ring is the same as that of the bearing center, so it has the same alignment function as the automatic aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell appear flexure, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing bearing burdens. The spherical roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. Radial load capacity is large, suitable for heavy load and impact load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a cone hole bearing, which can be directly installed. Or use tight sleeve and dismantling cylinder to install on the cylinder shaft. The cage uses a steel stamping cage, a polyamide forming cage and a copper alloy car cage.
The aligning ball bearing can bear large radial load and can also bear certain axial load. The outer ring raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has the performance of adjusting center. When the axis is bending or inclined, the center line of the inner ring and the center line of the outer ring are not more than 1 to 2.5 degrees, and the bearing can still work.
The inner bore of the aligning ball bearing has two types: cylindrical and conical. The taper of the conical inner hole is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of bearings, ring oil groove and three evenly distributed oil holes are machined on the bearing outer ring.
