In fact, the spherical spherical ball bearing is a variant of the deep groove ball bearing, which is characterized by the surface of the outer diameter of its outer ring as a spherical surface, which can be fit into the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat and play the role of the center. The outer spherical bearing is mainly used to bear radial and axial load combined with radial load. Generally, it is not suitable to bear axial load alone.
Although its basic performance and deep groove ball bearings should be similar, but because the bearings are mostly used in relatively rough machinery, the installation is not accurate, the axis of the axis and the axis of the seat are neutral, or the axis is long and the deflection is large, and the precision of the bearing itself is not high, and some of the structure is relatively rough. Therefore, the actual performance of the deep groove ball bearings with the same specifications should be fairly discounted. For example, the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire is applied to a general shaft with a large rigidity, which is two sides with a seal, which can strictly prevent the invasion of the dirt, and a proper amount of lubricant is filled in the factory. Before installation, no cleaning, no lubricant is needed, and the top wire screw on the convex end of the bearing inner ring is fastened to the shaft. The axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated load.
The outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve is basically the same as the outer ball bearing with top wire, but the top wire is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. The inner hole of the spherical spherical ball bearing of the cone hole is a conical hole with the 1:12 taper. It can be installed directly on the cone axis, or is installed on the shafts of the non shafts with the help of the tightened bushing, and can adjust the clearance of the bearing.
External spherical bearings are preferred for simple occasions requiring equipment and parts, such as agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery.

When the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easily damaged. Therefore, during installation and operation, special attention should be paid to adjusting the axial clearance of bearings, and when necessary, pre interference can be installed to increase the rigidity of bearings.
