The roller is the centripetal rolling bearing of the cylindrical roller. The inner structure of the cylindrical roller bearing is arranged in parallel with the roller, and the roller is equipped with an interval holder or isolation block, which can prevent the roller inclination or the friction between the rollers and effectively prevent the increase of rotating torque.
The cylindrical roller and the raceway are line contact bearings. The load capacity is large, and it is mainly subjected to radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the ring edge is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the rings have edges, they can be divided into single row cylindrical roller bearings, such as NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF, and double row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNU and NN. The bearing is a detachable structure in the inner ring and outer ring.
The inner ring and outer ring of the cylindrical roller bearing without inner ring or outer ring can move relative to the axial direction, so it can be used as a free end bearing. 4. the processing requirements for the shaft or seat hole are higher, and the relative deflection of the outer ring axis after bearing installation should be strictly controlled so as not to cause contact stress concentration.
5. inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
