Tapered roller bearings refer to radial thrust bearings with rolling bodies as tapered rollers. There are two kinds of small cone angle and big cone angle. The small cone angle is mainly subjected to radial and axial joint loads based on radial load, which is often used in double use, reverse installation, internal and external seats can be installed separately, and the radial and axial clearance can be adjusted in the installation and use. The big cone angle is mainly subjected to axial and radial joint loads mainly with axial load, which is generally not used alone to bear pure axis. The ability of single row tapered roller bearings to bear axial load depends on the contact angle, that is, the raceway angle of the outer race, the greater the angle, the greater the axial load capacity. Tapered roller bearings with the largest amount of consumption are single row tapered roller bearings. In the front wheel hub of car, small size double row tapered roller bearings are used. The outer ring (or inner ring) of double row tapered roller bearings is a whole. The two inner ring (or outer ring) is close to the small end, and there is a diaphragm in the middle. Four row tapered roller bearings, the performance of this bearing is basically the same as the double row tapered roller bearing, but more radial load than double row tapered roller bearing, a little lower limit speed, mainly used in heavy machinery.
