NSK self-aligning roller bearing is the superior product of Japan's Seiko NSK (LTD.). NSK was founded in 1916. It is the first manufacturer in Japan to design and produce bearings. With its technical advantages in precision processing, it develops automobile spare parts, precision machinery components and other high, fine and sharp products, and actively diversify in the field of electronic applications.
NSK aligning roller bearing has EA type, C type, CD type and CA type designed with high load capacity. In design, type EA, C and CD are stamping ram, CA type is copper alloy car cage. EA bearing has high load capacity and low torque specialty.
The standard design of type EA is with oil hole oil groove. For other types, oil grooves and oil holes can be set to supply lubricants. For bearings with outer diameter less than 180mm, if oil groove oil holes are needed, E4 for bearing type when ordered to NSK, the standard for bearing with outer diameter larger than 180mm is designed. With oil grooves and oil holes (bearing type with E4).
In addition, when the bearing with oil groove and oil hole is used, the bearing oil groove depth is limited. Therefore, if the inner diameter of the shell is also provided with an oil groove, it is more effective.
