The characteristic of erosion is the indentation on the raceway of miniature bearing ring, which is caused by impact load or incorrect installation. Denudation usually occurs when the load exceeds the yield limit of the material. If the installation is not correct, a certain load will be eroded through the mini bearing ring. The pits on the miniature bearing ring also produce noise, vibration and additional torque.
Matters needing attention：
1. The yoke iron is placed on the end of the host.
2. Insert the plug into the power socket with control switch.
3, check whether the grounding wire is good, and test it with electric pen after power on.
4, press the start button, the host electricity.

6. Press the stop button to turn off the main power and stop heating.
7, according to different specifications of micro bearings or other work pieces, choose different yoke sleeves, put the yoke on the top end of the host machine, should be smooth.
8. When heating the miniature bearing, the sensor should be inserted into the "sensor socket" and the sensor should be closely attached to the heated workpiece.

1, fill the fat method, the so-called filling method is to regularly fill the surface of the bearing to fill the right amount of grease, is one of the most commonly used grease lubrication.
2, the oil cup method, the oil cup method is to install the rotary cap oil cup or the oil pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, rotate the cover or swirl the grease with the oil gun regularly. This is also a common type of grease lubrication.
3, the pressure for fat method, the pressure of the fat method is to rely on grease pump fat. The lubricating grease with good fluidity should be selected at this time.
4, centralized grease method, centralized grease method through the grease pump, at the same time to deep groove ball bearings and other components for fat. At the same time, the grease should be chosen as a grease with good flow resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
